and a jugful of time.
And Viola! A respectable piece of Bio OLP!

The irony here is that we're dealing with quite the opposite of a cake - excretion.
Maybe the recipe ought to be:
1/2 once of fiber
1 teaspoon of bacteria... yeah, you get the idea...
